I ask my temporary license in the UK and the adequacy of any form of photo identification needed someone to sign a picture of me. You also need the personal data in the application form.

Anyway, I think we need a person in a certain position to the photo-character (eg police, nurse, MP), is the thing that I know no one in the other of these positions. Is it acceptable that one of my friends to sign it, or what? If not, what should I do?
